For shipping, please first check your email for an invoice containing the tracking ID. Please contact us if you do not receive the email with tracking ID.
Returns
 
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and have an excellent service record, however, on rare occasions when things don't work out, that's when we're our best. We realize a company is only as good as it's response to adversity and we stand behind our service and parts 100%.
Please contact us if we made a mistake, our first attempt will be to replace the part, but if unsuccessful, a full refund will be issued including shipping costs. All returns must be received within 45-days of the purchase date and include a copy of the receipt. In the event unnecessary or unrelated parts are included in the return, the shipping cost will not be included for those items.
If a part is returned without a problem, we subtract 10% restocking fee and original cost of shipping from the refund. On returned parts that have no issues and required technical support, Westside Powersports reserves the right to charge a $65 consulting fee to be subtracted from the refund.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Westside Powersports has the right to refuse a refund on all electronic components when functioning perfectly and returned without a problem. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and charge $150 restocking fee. Specifically, this note applies to the purchase of an MPEM, ECU, LCD and IBR. Most industries do not allow the return of electronics because each component is tested, programmed and verified. We please ask that our company not be used to purchase a product with the full intention of returning. All of our electronic components contain an internal ID, we do not accept returns without this ID, which means it's not ours.
When shipping returned parts, please package carefully and purchase insurance and tracking because we are not responsible for lost or damaged parts. Packaging inside the box will prevent part damage while being shipped.
 
Privacy Policy
We only collect information required for processing orders including order history. Westside Powersports does not share, distribute, sell or use any information collected from customers for any other purpose than order processing. We take privacy very seriously and have partnered with industry leaders WIX and PayPal for secure payment ability.
PayPal Policy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address which is verifiable on the PayPal account. All orders must include a product description and your shipping address via Paypal. We are not responsible when the wrong address is submitted in the order. If not returned, the wrong address could result in more shipping costs and having to purchase the part again. We strongly suggest you make 100% sure the address on Paypal is correct. We also reserve the right to refuse shipping to a non verifiable address. We're sorry but we all must follow postal rules.
